"Ice machines out of order"

"The room wasn't too clean, the lobby wasn't really clean, our toilet had to be double flushed, and we found little hairs in the tub. The signage was poorly visible from the road. Breakfast was less than good, and cramped in small space. However the room was a decent size. "

"This property is stunning! We had a deluxe suite partial ocean view. The room was immaculate! My only complaint was the AC/heat. Staff were amazing, Property was amazing. Everything was well kept and it was very quiet. We are definitely making this our go to when visiting the amphitheater. Love it here! "

"The hotel is the beach, everything is clean. The beach is clean and beautiful. Hotel is very dog friendly and had great areas where dogs could potty which is awesome. The room was spotless. Excellent customer service. The pool was clean and was cool colors at night. Little awesome, well kept gym. Not a single complaint. "

"Being prior military, I can sleep just about anywhere. The AC worked good. But the room hasn't been maintained. The entry door wall bumper was hanging on the wall. The bathroom door was seperating (coming apart). The sink has cracks. The tub vent cover is corroded and lose. The lounge chair was old and stained. The paint job is bad; paint on switch covers, tissue holder and certainly didn't cut-in along ceiling before rolling the walls. If you're looking for a place to stop and rest, it's ok. The owner(s) sure didn't want to spend money. The breakfast did look very adequate though i didn't partake. I would not subject my wife to this. "

"Save your money and pick another hotel. Room was extremely outdated, bathroom door did not close. The worst part of the stay however was the constant banging noise from what we assume was a pipe in the ceiling. I barely slept through the night because of it. My husband went to complain in the morning and got only the parking fee ($15) off. What a joke. Also the night auditor who checked us in announced my room number out loud while my husband was out in the parking lot and there were other individuals in the lobby. A big no no when checking in someone especially a woman."
