「Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.」

「The room was dirty, dirty shoe prints on the floor, there was a whole on the wall next to the toilet and there were long hairs in the shower. Also, the floor was bowing in certain areas when you walked on it. It was definitely a bad experience. When I went to talk to the person at the desk, I rang the bell 3 times, no one ever came to the desk. Won't be staying there again.」

「Melanie was so nice and helpful. Even when there was a water problem, she was always there to help. We always choose this place and even more so with Melanie there.」
