「When making reservations I was VERY specific that I needed shower with handicap access and 2 queen beds with an adjoining room (or very close) to my brother and his wife that also wanted 2 queen beds (as she just had surgery and needed own bed) and NOT one king. The day before our arrival the Manager called to confirm our reservations and review our room needs. Yet, when we checked in their room was down the hall and had the handicap shower and one king bed, my father and I had the 2 queen...
