"Great snorkel access right off the property and snorkel excursions that leave right from their dock - included breakfast is amazing - room views very nice and room amenities were terrific - very clean and nicely updated - I appreciated that pool was not too crowded and music was not too loud thankfully . Pool bar service a bit slow Service at the resort restaurants was amazing … food was just average for a five star hotel but better than the other places we ate in Mexico "

"This is the place to go if you want a secluded get away for snorkeling and/or some booked adventures. Dinners every night next to the ocean and an all around serene trip. This is not adults only but caters to an older crowd of divers and snorkels so there were only one or two kids. The rooms are extremely simplistic and basic, I slept in the in-room hammock every night, as the bed is very firm. The grounds are Beautiful and the front looks like Shelha Water Park! The food options are vast within the two locations they are offered. We have done multiple all inclusive and they made it the most simplistic I have seen. You wear a bracelet and everything is free, end of story. They might not have as many perks as some places but those places can also be a pain with up charges and sales people constantly at you. This resort has no sales people harassing you , no timeshares, nothing like that. There is the all you can eat buffet, or the restaurant (they switch back n forth) then there is the grill by the pool and room service. There are plentiful bars with great drinks. They did a special dinner by the pool which was very fancy and was included in our all inclusive, typically these are not in our experience (that was nice) They don’t fill mini bars nor deliver alcohol to rooms. They give you two water bottles and each floor has Alhambra dispensers where you can fill water bottles or cups. My favorite people were the activity coordinators and the people at the Reef store! "

"Very nice hotel with easy access to snorkeling and diving. Confortable bed, nice spacious rooms with balcony. Friendly staff. The hotel has two restaurants but both serve the same food. That said, the food is good and they have a big menu. No convenience stores nearby nor shops but the taxi to the center is about 10 dollars. We had a great time. Would return and do recommend."

"Went for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel decked out the room with rose pedals bottle of wine and a beautiful art work made out of towels. We had a marvelous time and location is perfect. No complaints definitely returning!"
