"Neighbor upstairs was walking around until I fell asleep. Water damage on ceiling in bathroom and no exhaust fan. Two tissues in the box on the bathroom counter and no extra sheets that I had asked for when making the reservation."

"Great spot. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. Only thing that would prevent me from staying again is that it is not dog friendly. Most of Newport is so that was a bit of a disappointment."

I stayed there because it was midway between beach area drop off for camp and Providence. Cheaper than Providence but ZERO local attractions: next to a Home Depot and a Walmart. There was a diner and a Cracker Barrel nearby. That’s it.

FAR ENOUGH AWAY THA IT FEELS LIKE A VACATION BUT CLOSE ENOUGH THAT I CAN STILL SWING BACK HOME IF I FORGOT SOMETHING.
