「When I pulled up I thought it looked like a standard type Florida motel but……. I was wrong. Once you enter the back of the resort you will be totally surprised with 2 really nice pools, jacuzzi, very clean beach scene, beach restaurant , gourmet restaurant and bar and a really nice coffee shop. 」

「Everything was good. Main thing was elevator wasn’t working first day and had to climb us 5 floors twice. Otherwise, room was clean, high tech with a floating bed and all what wouldn’t imagine be in a hotel suite such as in-suite Laundry and dryer」

「The rooms were tired. It seems like a great family resort with a ton of kids. The water in the room is nasty. I think it’s the whole town though. The staff was great and the pools are abundant. They have 1 adult pool. There is a burger bar across the street that has great seafood ironically. 」

「Perfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and I’m sure we’ll be back.」

「The room was cleanly and the location was great, right on the ocean. The pool hours could be extended and often after quiet hours the facility had trucks delivering and taking out stuff which was loud and hard to sleep but other than that the place was amazing. 」

「The hotel is close to the airport with shuttle. A few restaurants and mall near by. The shuttle will take you to the mall. Our room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed. Free breakfast had a good selection. Would definitely stay again. 」
