「For the most part service and the hotel was good, they did make an error and check me out instead of another guest during my stay though so that was an uncomfortable experience. 」

「Of course her name slips my mind now but the Lady at the front desk that works the week during the day is amazing! Very welcoming and checked every box to make my stay very nice.
