The place is disgusting. Drug addicts and just a place you wouldn't take your family to.

The place is as expected for the price you pay. The rooms could be updated/painted, the style is outdated and makes it feel dirty cause it’s old but I don’t think it was actually that dirty. The beds could also use 2 extra pillows for people who like to sleep with 2 pillows. Our tv, mini fridge, microwave and toilet all worked perfectly. We loved sitting outside watching the sunset and cars go by. If you stay and need a place to eat, visit Liberty St Diner on the other side of the parking lot, it’s yummy! Overall, it’s a good spot for a 1 or 2 night cheap stay.

The room was clean. Outside seating was messy. Coffee maker had no lid for the craffe. Shower was hard to turn on. Good parking. Check in and check out no issues. For the price it was okay.

Very friendly staff, the room was clean. Parking available directly in front of the room. The TV didn't work, and the table outside needed a good cleaning. Not mentioned anywhere is that's within walking distance of four very different styles of restaurants. Harvey's, Pita, Subs and a Diner. We chose the diner, and I would go back there again as well.

There weren’t any bed bugs but there were dead gnats or some other small flying insect on the “clean” bedding. Room ultimately did the job but next time I’d spend the extra $30 to stay next door.

Room was on the small side but totally fine for a quick one night stay. TV, microwave and fridge all worked. Bed was comfortable enough. I would stay there again versus paying a lot more elsewhere.

Lovely, clean room with great view overlooking the water - staff was exceptional, very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location. Unfortunately we did not have a great sleep due to noise from above until well after 2. But the true negative of our stay was the pre boxed complimentary breakfast — the food presented was most disappointing but could have been satisfying and most definitely less wasteful, had we been given choice of food selection.
