「Overall, the accommodations were adequate. There were just a few issues: 1. The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2. Cleaning services were only offered once during our 8 day/7 night stay, and we weren't told what day it would occur. We were not prepared to vacate and therefore our apartment was not cleaned during our stay. 3. The hot water supply did not seem adequate for our family -- we were constantly...

「Checking in was confusing. Lots of people in the office but hard to know who to talk to and what was going on. Once we were in, the experience was nice. Good location. Etc」

「Good location to the city center and sightseeing spots. Room and bed is a bit small for 2 but quite well equipped with everything you need. A bit noisy to stay the room next to street. But very good restaurant just next to the hostel.」

「Sehr einfach gestaltes Zimmer, das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt beim Aufenthalt」

「That’s a very cute little place, no directions at all on how to turn on different things like the TV or the stove or any of the Kitchen things that would’ve been nice to have but eventually figured it out. It was clean, quiet and a cute little place in the country.」

「It was a perfect location. Safe and walkable. It would have been nice to have a fan for the bedrooms. The one fan that was there didn't seem to work very well. It would be nice if the check in location wasn't so far from the rental or if you could use a lockbox or code to get in after on-line pre check in. The walking instructions to the apt. weren't the clearest and we walked a long ways out of our way with luggage. But, once we arrived with the kindness of a local person who walked us to our...

「Very noisy area makes it very difficult to sleep. Club noises very noticeable. Otherwise good value for the location. Host very responsive to any issues.」

「It was great having outside space but would have been nice to have chairs out there. Some cloths/sponges for washing g up would have been useful」

「Stayed from Aug 15 to 22, but I left partway through. The property guide talks a lot about security, but upon arrival at the building, the two people who handle check-ins were absent, but a complete list of names of people checking in that day on a table in a public area. Also, they did not check the ID of people checking in, even though emails stressed how seriously they take security. The communication sounds professional, but don't be fooled. This place is run by clowns. The room was covered...

「Staff were very friendly. I was able to get a hold of them quickly. Check-in went smoothly. I would get a backup card key. Sometimes it took a little bit to get the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth going and I’d have to try two or three times to be able to get the door open the outside door and the room door. Linens were clean the apartment was clean. It was not quite as fresh of an update as the picture led me to believe but we were only there mostly for just the evenings. I’m not as concerned about how...
