「I booked a family room and the photo showed there is a camping for children inside the room. But there is nothing provided during the actual visit.」

「The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and huge. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a full size shower and counter, which is not common in Europe. Breakfast was good and so was lunch using room service. We would definitely want to stay here again.」

「The hotel was extremely warm and each hallway had an odd smell. The bathroom sink is as clogged. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a 3 bed room and each bed was lumpy and only had 1 pillow. We would not recommend for a stay before a long flight.」

My daughter is 13 so I then had to pay an additional fee as if she was supposed to stay in a separate room… this is on top of the already extremely high room rate. The other thing that is quite odd.
