I really like the attention of the staff in the restaurant and the river view. What was not so good was the parking arrangement. It does not belong to the hotel and it is advertised that there is a discount, in my case my flight was delayed and I arrived after midnight, left the car park next morning to visit some friends and and got the discounted rate, returned in the evening around 10 pm and left again next morning after breakfast. To my surprise the front desk advised that I was not entitled to any discount because it had not passed 24 h from the previous time, so, I had to pay the full day fare at the parking. I tried to reach Hilton management to no avail, neither customer service. So, I raised this complaint here, that the information provided during the booking process was incorrect or incomplete to say the least and no one was available at Hilton to resolve the issue. Driving was an important element at this trip as I was travelling with a disable person with limited movements.
