「Beautiful hotel in a great location. The desk staff and the doormen were all fabulous. The lift wasn’t working but we were okay taking the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast as there are cheaper and better options nearby. The breakfast staff seemed very disorganized when we were there. Just a heads up that there is a discretionary gratuity mentioned at checkout. I wish I had known in advance as it caught me off guard. 」

「The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.」
