Stayed at the Conrad because I love the bath product brand Byredo which they use for this resort location. Very convenient that it connects to the other resorts and the room was very spacious. Customer service was great from the reception to concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to terminal was helpful too!

Good value for money and amazing staff

One of the rooms was not ready at 17:39 but compensated by one of them upgraded to a suite then 30 minutes later the second room key was brought in. The hotel is a bit in the old side but very clean, comfortable and big. Service at breakfast, reception, housekeeping all was perfect. It was a bit hard to get the right temperature in the room and the pool area lacks a bar or a place to get food. They do serve refreshments (water and grapes) but nothing else available. The breakfast restaurant is excellent

The staff was very helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was big and clean; the bathtub was especially impressive. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful 3D2N stay in Conrad Macao, and we hope to stay here again for our next Macau trip.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed there for a night, all the staffs are friendly and professional. The location is convenient with shopping mall and complimentary shuttles from HZMB Macao Port. Breakfast in Churchill's Table is good. At last, we would like to thanks Steven for special arrangement on our check-in, we had an amazing stay.

Love all the Conrad hotel staff. Room is awesome, wonderful checkin experience and room service. Turn-down service at 6pm is punctual and room attendant reply to all our needs in a written note for all nights. Helpful, friendly and always look out to help anyone in need. Staffs went to extra mile to make sure our needs were met eg. brought us outlet adaptors, charging cables. Checkin and concierge staff were helpful and friendly. Calls to service line were picked up quickly. The only thing that can be improved is the tv remote control. We stayed in two rooms during our visit. Both tv controls did not work. The one in the last bedroom continued not working after the technician came.
