We were traveling with a 6-mo baby - and the experience was very good. The hotel provided all the baby amenities. It was a very nice stay - highly recommend!

Kids friendly hotel

Very kids friendly and the hotel room came with lots of complimentary items for kids and family. They even set up a tank for my kids inside the room which is more interesting than a baby cot.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful, professional and welcoming. The complementary sandals in the room for adults and our child was a nice touch. Definitely will stay again in the future.

This was my first time visiting Macau and staying at another hotel and Andaz. I had a bad memory at the first hotel and moved to Andaz, but thanks to the clean room and friendly service, I was able to return with only good memories of Macau. I would like to especially thank "Yannie" and "Alex" for their kind explanations when checking in and for upgrading the room so that I could only have good memories. I would also like to thank "Justin" for having so much fun with my kids at the indoor pool. Because of the great facilities and friendly staff, I will definitely choose Andaz again the next time I visit Macau.

Staff goes above and beyond taking care of my family and kids, giving us anything we need. Always courteous. Room is on the smaller end lacking storage space. Buffett is top notch with a huge variety of choices. The only downside of the hotel is the distance from the grand pool deck. We were not staying in season but probably could not have taken advantage of it as much as we've liked.

All of them are very kind and helful. Cleaning is also wonderful and for baby , they supplied for baby products. But there is not enough restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice but there are long que to enter and wait for coffee.
