「We arrived late due to traffic and they kindly went out of their way to accommodate us !! Great food and service !!」

「3rd time staying here - love the house and position is great to explore the lizard. Damp was really bad this year - walls were wet and mouldy in places and kitchen cupboards very musty - cleaners were great coming out and cleaning up some of the mould. Probably damp build up if it had been shut up for a while. But we always enjoy our stay - beds comfy and loads of room for our family and little dog 」

「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!」

「Everything you could need for independent accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space with comfortable lounge area. Bedrooms and bathroom are a good size and are clean and tidy. The facility of the hot tub is amazing. Also only a 15min drive from Falmouth seafront. Overall, very well worth a stay here. 」

「All aspects of the property were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good and served piping hot. Towels changed daily and plenty of nice shower gel etc. All staff we came into contact with were very polite and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 」

「Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

「Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.」

「Breakfast is good. Jacuzzi & Sauna is nice although I can imagine that this can be too small and limited on a busy season. Gym equipments is just enough for someone who don't really want to skip a day in a gym.」

「A perfect rural location, close to the beaches and Falmouth. Ideal for Children and Grandparents. The hot tub was secluded and ideal for star gazing. We will be back. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff we really friendly and helpful. Our room was keot spotless with housekeeping coming in daily as requested. The breakfast was 1st class and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Would we stay again.....definitely!! 」
