「We had a great time for a week there. Very relaxing time and the staff were always very kind and friendly. The rooms were a little bit old fashioned but I keeping with the friendly atmosphere 」

「The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the disabled access room which was very good. The only thing we would say is the the toilet is very low for a disabled person, even with the grab bars. 」

「Everything you could need for independent accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space with comfortable lounge area. Bedrooms and bathroom are a good size and are clean and tidy. The facility of the hot tub is amazing. Also only a 15min drive from Falmouth seafront. Overall, very well worth a stay here. 」

「All aspects of the property were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good and served piping hot. Towels changed daily and plenty of nice shower gel etc. All staff we came into contact with were very polite and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 」

「Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.」

「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!」

「Great location with great sea views. Room was quite small but was perfectly sufficient for our one night stay. Also, very clean and everything needed was available. Breakfast was good value but not well organised. Overall a comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again..」

「Staff could not have been more professional and helpful, a real credit to the property. Well located close to Falmouth, plenty of parking. The room was lovely, plenty of storage and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were poor and not sufficient. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was amazing!
