「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. 「Das Meeresrauschen war vom Zimmer aus zu hören und das gesamte Haus hat einen tollen Charme. Die schönste und besonderste Unterkunft unserer Cornwall Reise. Man fühlt sich wie daheim und es ist alles sauber gewesen. Es wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert. Man teilt sich die Küche bzw das ganze Haus mit Shelley und ihrem süßen Hund. Parken ging ohne Probleme vor der Tür. Das Community Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen: Müsli, Scones, frische Croissants, Obst, … Im Bad bräuchte es...

「Surprisingly nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again」

「We've stayed at the Greenbank multiple times over the past couple of years so I feel like I can give a fair review of a typical experience. The staff are an absolute highlight: always friendly, polite and professional, from the desk staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are generously sized and equipped with everything you might need for a standard stay, plus a few nice extras. I particularly appreciate the wonderful smelling toiletries...

My room was spacious and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the included breakfast ranged from continental style to full English. I sat in the sea facing sun room for a few hours and enjoyed a sandwich platter from the bar menu. Happy to recommend this hotel for solo travel, as it was really comfortable and friendly.」
