"horrible experience... upon arrival we were told that there was no internet at all, and therefore room keys couldn't be activated, and everytime you left the room a staff member would have to let you back in.. same for the gym, or anyplace you have to use your key. Staff notified me that this had been going on for two days, yet they didn't tell me until it was time to check in. I had to spend an extra $50 a night for another hotel. no offer of free dinner or reduced rate to stay there if we wanted to deal with this big inconvenience. no internet means no wifi- no streaming etc."

"Manager was rude and a chauvinist. Room was dirty. Was missing coffee maker. Manager put us next to the elevator and the loudest part of the hotel."

"Pool was under construction but no worries, a popl was created when i tried to use the stand up shower that had no lip. Water ended up everywhere and I needed every available towel to soak up the water. I know wet rooms are common in other countries but I imagine they're designed to be more fumctional than this."

"Our check in was very pleasant and all employees I interacted with were very pleasant. The bed was surprisingly comfy but the room condition wasn’t great and seemed a little dingy. Also didn’t love that the sink was outside of the bathroom. We stayed in a room right off the elevator so it was a little noisy at times but overall quiet considering the location is in the middle of busy roadways. I used the gym which was very small but thankfully I was the only one in there so it got the job done. Overall a fine stay for a reasonable price."

"Stay was Reallly bad!!! When we check-in for 2 night stay they gave us room #165 which it was ok at 1st.. then by 12am there was a wholllllllllllllllle car gathering/car party outside our window.. causing us to have no comfort nor privacy (like someone else is in the room with you.) We complained to the front desk & he said he gonna talk to them to keep it down and OF COURSE that was a fail.. So he finally switched us to the another room. Which we had to move all our stuff and relocated at 110am, when we should've been sleeping comfortably. 2nd room was #179 bathroom vent was broken and caused a very loud noises..PLUS the heat in the room dont work.. which it was a winter storm outdide!! & we didnt know until i woke up sick with a sore throat smh!! Then in the morning i complained to the front desk AGAIN!!!!! And he switched us to another room & we had to move our stuff and relocate again!!! 3rd room is #243 which was judt alright to wrap up the rest og our stay. But at this point we had 0 satisfaction of this stay smh. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! "
