There was some confusion with the reservation, and when we tried to confirm our arrival time, we were initially told that they were unsure of whether we actually had a reservation with them or not, even though we had a confirmation from Hotels.com. Place was very clean, quiet and in a great location. Tons to do around and places to eat with easy access to the metro to get around to other areas. Would recommend to others. "
