Nice staff, great breakfast, nice lobby with a lot of things to do for kids. The cosest metro station is 25mn away by feet but it's ok. The area is calm, safe and convenient

This is a traveler's hotel. Nothing fancy, but certainly provided exactly what we were looking for. We had a clean bed, a meal, and a shuttle to get us to our early morning flight. I have no complaints.

Excellent location and clean room and staffs were very kind.Especially all kind of free coffees and drinking water were very helfful and convient so that we didn't have to buy and carry heavy waters.

If you are a traveller, carrying a 23 kilos luggage, the walk from Almeda Station of the Metro is quite far. The only redeeming thing about this hotel is its proximity to Splau Mall.Elevator was too small. Rooms were average.unacceptable AC
