"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"It is very close to many attractions in Panjim, walkable distance to Fontainhas. Room was clean and decent. But i have to say food quality was not great, for the price of stay, kinda disappointed in that. But overall staff was friendly and pretty quiet area. "

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The food is absolutely delicious — they even tailor it to your preferences, which is a lovely touch.
