"The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. The toilet was running the hotel room was dirty.. the airport shuttle was late a few times that we had to use it. There’s plenty of hotels in the surrounding area. I would definitely choose a different one and maybe they should hire the two employees that helped me because they were excellent."

"Loved our 4-night stay at the Don Cesar with my husband and 3 year old! The hotel & beach were clean, the staff was lovely, and the pink details were so fun. Nothing beats lounging on that beach under the pink striped umbrellas. The spa was luxurious & the live band at the Lobby Bar was fabulous. The bathroom was small, but that's to be expected of any historic hotel. It was still very nice. My only disappointment was the value at Maritana, the property's fine dining restaurant. The food was good, but $42 for two scallops on a bit of sweet potato puree was ridiculous. Overall, though, we were very pleased with our stay and felt like the Pink Palace became our beachfront "home away from home." We intend to come back regularly!"

"Hot tub was great, don’t think they cleaned our room in the 3 nights we were there. Definitely looks much better in the pictures than in person. Nice location to the beach, though there’s not many restaurants within walking distance."

"This stay was overall really great considering it was a freezing spring break. The rooms were clean and updated. All the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. I feel like this would be a good stay to make an annual spring break trip. "
