The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant experience and not somewhere I would stay again."

"I choose this hotel above others in the area that were less expensive because they said they had 24/7 food available. They did not. The staff stood directly beneath the sign on their wall that said "24/7 food available" and said the kitchen closed at 7. I asked another staff member why they didn't have food available and she just shrugged. I'm assuming it is a question they get a lot: I saw a family leaving the next day complaining they had to go to a different hotel to get dinner. "
