「The front desk staff were as helpful as possible, but the manager was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Not only was she rude to hotel guests, she was rude to her staff. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness her patronizing the staff in front of a crowded lobby. The front desk staff would try to help and she would undermine what they were trying to do, which was pretty poor customer service. 「We stayed in one of the cabin rooms and it was a great experience. Tons of room- even for an air mattress- and it was incredibly clean. With a beach nearby, our room had a broom and dustpan right by the entrance so you can keep things clean. The room came with a fridge and microwave, as well as a small table and chairs.
