「This was a hotel on the way so was not interested in what was nearby. Chose for cost and location. Was pleased with room cleanliness but clearly an older hotel. Had some issues with the keycards. Overall hotel's central areas and halls were clean but not always picked up right away. 」
「Outside was a little dirty with some trash, and when I was checking in, there was another customer that said she had a DoorDash order and it was taken. But as for me, I wish that the breakfast was open until 10 o’clock instead of 9 o’clock. Positive side is that the bed was really comfortable, but the pillow was OK. There was a slight stain on the comforter itself however, that didn’t deter me from staying there.」
「Everyone was very friendly and check in was fast. 2 free cocktails were provided per guest after 5 pm. The breakfast was fabulous with fresh made to order omelets. The building is a little dated but clean. The roads in Minneapolis are horrible and confusing with road construction everywhere. 」
「Every time we have a business trip to Minneapolis, this is always our 1st choice. The location is great which is close to the airport and it is just next to Mall of America where we can eat various types of food and do some shopping. 」
