「A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean.」

「The private pool and the room were beautifully set up, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was great. The breakfast menu was also really good.」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. 」

「Nice and cozy, great direct access to pool. The staff was friendly but we had a coacroach in our room and there was no one in the reception, we had to go out and buy products ourselves.」

Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. 「Excellent, very quiet and comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach about 3-5min walk, really good food options in walking distance, the breakfast option they have at the hotel is actually a continental breakfast at a small cafe near the beach they just give you vouchers to take there for it, I tried it and I actually recommend to have breakfast at the sports bar across the road from the hotel instead as better food options bigger portions and value for money, the continental breakfast...
