"An absolutely magical stay. The location is incredible, like something out of a fairy tale. Staff were warm, friendly, polite and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were excellent. I went in winter so the old city was quiet at night, but there were still a couple of great restaurants open, and walking the citadel after dark with nobody around is a breathtaking experience. Can't wait to return!"

"Convenient stop close to autoroute, but only short drive into town centre for evening sightseeing. Room extremely small but this to be expected . Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Good parking. Some traffic noise at rear. "

"Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation. "
