「Very disappointing stay – major issue with trains In hindsight, I wish I had paid more attention to previous reviews before booking. The biggest issue by far is the railway line immediately next to the lodges. Trains pass extremely frequently, including late into the night and again early in the morning. Sleep was significantly disrupted for the whole family. There is no clear indication on the listing of just how close the lodges are to the tracks, and had this been properly disclosed, I...

「Place smelled horrible. Bedsheets were stained. Mold all over the shared bathroom. I found a pair of used underwear beneath my mattress. The place had not been vacuumed in ages. Very shocked Expedia would allow a place like this to remain on their website. 」

I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. 「Check-in was quick and simple, with directions to room given. The room itself, was very clean and lived up to the executive room type, with lovely decor and furnishings. The amenities were spot on, coffee machine, tea tray with lovely biscuits. Bed was big and very comfy, pillows were great. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection and tge service was fantastic. Overall a great stay, thanks.」
