「The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. While eating breakfast, I heard the phone ring-and-ring-and-ring-and ring because the front-desk person was also the breakfast person and they could only do one job at a time.」

The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.」
