"The room was very clean and nicely prepared for our visit! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the front desk staff! We arrived and they had our room ready early too, which made our arrival day perfect. The entire stay, we had a pleasant time and our room was perfect for the four of us. The only issue was the elevators - out of three elevators, only two were working and then one day, there was only one working. This created a long line in the lobby to get to our room and also made it difficult to go back down to the lobby. I understand that elevators require maintenance and there’s no way around it but. Just something to consider. Otherwise, this location is great for a stay as a tourist, the price is reasonable considering other locations, and the room was very clean and nice!"

"This feels like a gem in the middle of Time Square. It's clean, fancy, and not as pricy. The elevator might be a bit dated, but you get what you paid for. I like it will definitely book again in the future!"

"Room was very nice, welcome bag and wine was a nice touch. Met several of the housekeeping staff in the hall. They were pleasant and friendly and thankful for the tip we left. The bed was very comfortable. The only downsize was the cramped bathroom. No counter space for toiletries. I was happy for a walk in shower instead of tub shower combo as a recent knee replacement recipient."
