"Staff was helpful, my room was chilly and they immediately tried calling someone to fix it. Location is 10/10. So convenient. Room was spacious and bathroom had luxury feel. However for almost 500 a night I had no view of any sort my room faced a wall and also no coffee or kettle or anything in the room."

"This is a nice place to stay in midtown Manhattan. It’s convenient to Broadway and Central Park. The rooms are well appointed with both a fridge and a microwave. The beds and linens are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the bellhops. The elevators can be a bit slow during peak times, but they were not terrible. Overall it’s a pretty good value."

You can stay at this hotel and go anywhere around NY. It was clean. The staff was well trained and informed and professional. I found my hotel when I come to NYC and it’s this one. No need to go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend"
