A handwritten note welcoming me was on the counter, along with chocolate chip cookies and 2 complimentary ice cold bottles of water in the refrigerator. The robes provided were comfortable and so soft and decor was very retro with black and white photos of stars from the past. The complimentary breakfast looked amazing and I regret not...

「I was really disappointed! The pool and room jacuzzi was closed and there was no mention of this, on the website. It was spring time and the weather was around 80 degrees. Secondly, there were chiggers all over the nightstands AND in our bed. We counted, and killed, above 40 of them. It was so bad that we had to decide to either go buy bug spray OR go home (without a refund). The bug spray seemed to help but the peaceful sleep was destroyed.」

「The room was extremely disgusting. The walls, floors, ceiling, doors, towels were filthy. The staff was rude. There were old a/c units left outside about 40 of them. It look like a dump inside and out! 」

The outside door was also hard to enter. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee, orange juice, mini muffins and bananas. That was all. I will never stay at that hotel again.」

They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police.
