「We were very happy with our stay here. We had traveled across the country with two dogs and the hotel and staff were very accommodating. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed. The suite had dishes, microwave and fridge as well as a dishwasher. Laundry facilities on site. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The cleaning staff was amazing and I noticed they worked really hard to keep the facilities in order and clean the week we stayed. Breakfast was decent and appreciated. 」

「Well, service was good not going to say the best bubbly type of service everyone wants but it was good. Very close to gas and other food services overall it was ok also just throwing this out there no bugs didn’t smell like smoke 」

「An older property. Pretty basic condition. Convenient to the freeway. Allows dogs, but the people staying there feel it's not necessary to clean up after their dog. There was a lot of dog poop in the grassy areas, and the box for bags was empty and the garbage can for the bags was jammed full. Obviously, the staff doesn't patrol or clean up.」

「The staff were great. Room was clean. It seems they are trying to make this place appealing. I would stay there again. It looks like they are remodeling which is great - el Reno needs the convenient option to stay. 」
