We love this hotel because of the room amenities and the location but also because of the great staff. Rachel has a 5 star also for her help, attentiveness and customer service in the 3 times we have stayed there . We will be regulars ! "

"The standard room was quite nice & large. The sitting room had a sofa, chair, TV, desk, and a coffee nook. The beds were comfy although they suffered from typical hotel beds - over slept on one side. The BR area also had a TV. The window view wasn't much to look at. There were 2 tstats controlling heat and A/C; one was Off. If I didn't look to see if there was a 2nd tstat, it would have been a bit uncomfortable. The complimentary bar was excellent, the complimentary snack food was so-so. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, way beyond what I expected and very good. All-in-all, the hotel was well worth the expense and my wife & I would stay there again. Our biggest complaint, though, was the $75 pet charge. That was ridiculously expensive."
