NO DO NOT BOOK....I booked a room. I misunderstood the pet arrangement. I called within 5 min of placing my order. The staff member was rude; made it clear it was not her problem it was my problem and expedia's. I advised her no one would be able to stay and to communicate with her team. She did not, she listed us as no shows. I went through the motions in hope that the management team would understand and help me some way. Either a free new stay or half back at minimum. NOPE I thought wrong, the manager was rude too. Now yes, the manager got nice towards the end of our talk, and I even communicated now that's how you deliver bad news and how she should teach her team to do so moving forward. BUT overall, it was a horrible experience. as a business owner myself that understands things happen and it is best to help not steal, I do not agree with the way they operate. The manager and staff claim they could not BUT even corporate said it is up to the location's decision. So, they are either low on customers desperate for money OR straight cold and mean. I have had this happen in 2 other locations over the past 2 years that I have and will honorably support because they understood and helped me resolve a circumstantial situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE.
