"They dont strive to serve. Our room had a sliding bathroom door that did not lock or remain closed. It took them 3 days to fix it. The last day, the entire floor smelled fish. They sprayed copious amounts of air freshener but it didnt help. Overall, its a nice place with great views and amenities but it doesnt justify the price tag. I'm sure a few years ago it did, but generally you just get the feeling that no one is trying to deliver a great guest experience."

"Great place to get into, fit a full size truck to park and had room to park a boat also if i would've brought mine. Friendly staff, clean rooms ac worked as it should. No pool but who needs a pool when you're that close to the ocean and in paradise. Very relaxed and private atmosphere "

"My review is against Charlotte the “manager” I brought up the pet fee as it’s specified on the website as per stay per night but, I was charge per dog. She mention changing the verbiage & adjusting the fee. However, she charge me the full amount. She didn’t provided a receipt. Just un-trust worthy. I knew from her attitude that she wasn’t going to see my side of things. Make sure you asked & things are clear because she would do the complete opposite. She smile with that missing tooth in your face. I hope it was worth this review. I wouldn’t stay there EVER because of her. Otherwise, the stay would’ve been a 5 star all around. "The room was spacious and had a feather bed that was almost too soft. A/C was good, and we really liked having a ceiling fan too. Shower was huge! But not a shelf or place to put a bar of soap or hang a washcloth. The laminate floors were very dirty, which we didn't notice until after taking showers and then getting into bed, had to get soap & water and wash them bedside, after that we just kept sandals on while in the room. The pool at Dockside (off site building) was wonderful and the pool at the main building was zero depth entry and oceanside and provided gorgeous sunset views! The on site restaurant was good and we had appetizers; drinks and breakfast there. Sadly we didn't use the offered kayaks; bikes; and paddle boards as we didn't have enough time! Still excellent to have them available to use. Highly recommend."

"A charming but dated hotel. It is physically clean and well kept but our room has musty and old lingering smell, overpowering especially upon entering the room. Location is very good, walkable to some restaurants, close to groceries and beach."
