「Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. 「The room is big and the windows view is perfect. The facilities are quite new, but not in a very good quality. On the roof, there is construction going on that cause the noise is the worst part. But the overall experience is still good.」

「Suit was spotless, view was breathtaking!! Hosts were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. They gave us some suggestions for things to do in the area. The beach was sandy & grounds were very clean. This is a quieter resort with heated pools & a cute restaurant onsite with delicious food! Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally. 」

「Its not called Ocean Breeze, it’s Mayan Palace- after that confusion and them trying to pitch is on buying into the owners program before we even checked into our room…. It was a pretty nice place. Friendly helpful staff, good food and a beautiful lobby. Probably wont go again, but it was nice.」
