"The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! Communication with the property managers was excellent."

"Beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Como- just steps from the main square with plenty of restaurants, shops and beautiful architecture- and a 2 minute walk to the Lake, which was stunning. The apartment was spotless, recently renovated and comfortable, with a convenient washing machine to wash our clothes. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "
