"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "

"The location is perfect .Modern, spacious, clean, super bright and comfortable rooms. Everything very close to the property, train station , restaurants, bars and shops . "Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? "

"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

"While being an older hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It felt old world plush. We knew from reviews the beds would be hard (and they were) but we slept very solidly. We loved our balcony although the weather turned abruptly cold the second the sun went down. We arrived after there had been flooding earlier in the week, but it did not affect us in any way. The staff was wonderful. "
