Daniel (front desk manager) and Maria were unfailingly helpful no matter how trivial the question, and that set the tone for my five-day visit. "Beautiful hotel. Smelled so good when you enter. Very clean and room was nice. Pool was warm. Sauna decent. Cons, room was stuffy and unable to open a. Window. Ice maker wasn't working and neither was the Jacuzzi. I paid paid extra for breakfast, and this was by the far the most pitiful breakfast. Bagels. That's it. No coffee. Orange juice was terrible. But I would come again to enjoy the quiet and ambiance."

"When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. We spoke with the housekeeping staff, who cleaned the room very quickly, but unfortunately it was still not properly clean afterward. I raised the issue with the housekeeper, and she seemed unhappy about the complaint and began speaking in Spanish, apparently assuming that I would not understand. Proper bathroom cleaning is essential. The toilet was dirty, which is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to hygiene standards. Greater care and quality in room cleaning are clearly necessary."

"I believe the hotel management—or at least the person responsible—should be replaced. The elevator was out of service, and there was no notice or information posted about it, which was especially inconvenient since I was staying on the 8th floor. The breakfast was disappointing. There was no fresh milk available, only poor-quality boxed milk. In addition, the food items were not replenished regularly. It would be better not to offer breakfast at all than to provide such inadequate service. There is also no daily housekeeping. I requested room cleaning for three consecutive days and was given the same excuse each time: that the hotel was fully booked. If that is the case, the hotel should hire more housekeeping staff and provide them with proper equipment to perform their duties efficiently. Finally, the hotel appears to be under endless renovation, which significantly affects guests’ comfort and overall experience."
