"Room, staff and facility was excellent. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the toilet paper. That stuff is so thin you can see through it so you have to use 4 times as much. And my finger goes right through it. I would think it would be more cost efficient if you upgrade and it would make your guests much happier."

"We arrived on Friday to find the hotel closed permanently and in the process of being torn down. Had to drive another twenty miles from there to find hotel rooms on our own, and pay a hefty sum over what our booked rooms were reserved at. Totally unacceptable on Expedia's part!!!!!"
