"This property was a great choice for us and with a beautiful view. It wasn’t in the town of Golden, but it was only a short convenient drive. The check in was quick and the staff member was pleasant & efficient. The room was impressive and very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. We checked out early in the morning before breakfast was ready, but the gentleman at the front desk offered us coffee and muffins to take with us. We will definitely be back for a stay at this hotel."

"Nice stay here, outdoor hot tub was a nice bonus. The rooms are painted dark, would have preferred lighter to make the room brighter. Only thing I didn't like was the constant emails days before our arrival to fill out a preregistration form and send a copy of our ID via email. That sorry is not secure. "

"EXPEDIA LOST MY BOOKING - When I went to check in my booking was no longer there. I had made 4 bookings for 4 suites at the same time, and expedia somehow cancelled my booking. My expedia confirmation # was given to another person traveling in our group, who also booked through expedia. BE CAREFUL BOOKING ON EXPEDIA. ALWAYS CALL THE HOTEL IN ADVANCE. This was very stress full, unexpected and completely unacceptable. Expedia has done nothing to make this right, if the Hotel hadn't been so wonderful, we would have been sleeping in the car. The Hotel was amazing in trying to accommodate me and my family on this sold out tournament weekend. They had to juggle other guests but they made it work. I originally had booked a suite for my large family, they were not able to give us a suite but were able to give us a room, which we were very appreciative of. Thank you Dwayne and Staff at the Ramada, we will definitely be back. I will not be booking Via EXPEDIA ever again. "

"We loved the location and views from our unit and were please to be upgraded to a loft room. We especially enjoyed the weekend when the gonodlas were running with the buzz of cyclists and hikers. We stayed for 6 nights and were able to easily drive to different points of interest throughout the week from Emerald Lake, the Natural Bridge, Banff, Bow Falls, Revelstoke, and a spectaular drive on the Icefields parkway to Bow lake and Peyto Lake!"

"Very good remodel update. Comfortable room although small- they made good use of the space and upgraded the amenities to compensate. Very good. Also good common area amenities to add to the feel of the hotel- even if you don’t use them. We did!"
