「I do wish the staff would do a better of cleaning the rooms, and the blinds are always non functional. I always get the best customer service here, as a woman traveling alone I feel completely safe at this location! I will stay here every time I come to Parksville. The beach is amazing when the tide is out! 」

「The hotel room is large and clean, with a microwave and small pantry and cutlery. However the bathtub is a bit small comparatively. The hair dryer needs to be requested from the office but the opening hour is until 10pm so it will be a bit troublesome if you arrive later than that. Also you may be hearing noises from nearby rooms so consider if you are sensitive to noises during your sleep.」
