「I booked via Expedia for 10 days. The basis of this booking was the availability of the pool. Upon check-in, a staff member noticed the length of my stay and advised that the pool was out of order. 「Well, I thought I had booked another location, but how pleasantly surprised I was! Staff was wonderful, we were in a comfy room. We generally stay at Holiday Inn due to the soft beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities for showering, etc. The strange thing was breakfast was extra charge. Had not had that experience before, but paid during booking.
