「Good stay, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, weekend breakfast choices were good. Great location to the hot springs. My only critique is the outside area by the pool was a bit messy. But a good stay all around 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Decent property. Great staff, especially Ed. After checking in, we found out shower/bath wasn't working and they apologetically moved us without hesitation. In the meantime, my son checked out the hot tub and pool which had leaves and some papers in, just from a typical day I'm sure. I mentioned it to Ed and he hustled to clean it. Good guy!」

「There are Beautiful flower gardens on the property. It is proximal to all the tours/activities Glenwood has to offer, but not too close. It was a quiet place to stay. Our suite was very clean. Housekeeping tidied our room and made our beds everyday. (Loved that - lots of motels/hotels don’t do that anymore) The grounds were clean as well. 」

「We have visited the hot springs before but this was our first time staying there. We loved it! Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and modern. The food from Mary’s steakhouse was delicious and not too too expensive (our last trip was to Disney so it was refreshing to not be price-gouged!). It was so nice to have early entry to the hot springs in the morning too. 」
