"Always a lovely place to stay "

"The view was extremely impressive!!! I wished there were better restaurants and more souvenir shops. Many went out of business. The nice steak restaurant I went to gave me a steak that looked like it was made the day before & they re-heated. It was extremely salty, dry & dark. I ordered Prime Rib. It should not look like a burnt rib eye. It should have been very juicy."

"STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The exterior of the building was in absolute shambles that rust was everywhere, even on the broken concrete steps. The convenient breakfast was also terrible with little to no better options, just cereal, toast and waffles. The juice machine was out of order just like the elevators on site that’s been out of order for months. Our room was somewhat clean but there were spots of unclean areas. The ac unit, lights, tv, fridge and microwave did work. I did have hot water in the bathroom. There was plenty of parking and its location is very convenient to the highway. If you want to stay somewhere cheap and close to the highway, okay here. But if you are staying in a multi days trip, go somewhere else."

"Clean room, friendly staff "

"Checked in loved the hot tub hours but once we got there the water was dirty lukewarm and jets didn’t work much. Super disappointing as we chose hotel for the hot tub. Sign on mirror says they change sheets and towels daily, no one ever came, I called for sheets and towels to make the bed myself she never came, went down to the front desk asked again, she came up but with the wrong size sheets . The next morning on check out date the maid was basically pounding on the door when we opened she wanted to clean it, it was 9 am on the day of checkout. Go to leave and they never registered our truck so we couldn’t get out without going back in. Staff was rude too. I won’t ever go back "
