「To avoid. We have payed 1 room for 2 days that we have not been able to take. We have not been able to have the keys for the room even if we had payed for it in advance and called the hotel several times some hours before and after the check-in hours to have the check-in instructions and the code to take the key of the room. The telephone proposed in the platform is a voicemail, no one has answered or called us back. Text messages are only answered by Expedia, not by the hotel. Finally, we have...

「Die Unterkunft wurde nur zum Schlafen genutzt; tagsüber war ich unterwegs.」

「Pretty clean. Front door was either locked or always slightly ajar. Only one key to the room, so if your roommates went off without telling you there was a good chance you got locked out of your room. No breakfast, only got a towel on the second day I was there.」

「Considering the price, it was a very nice stay. And it is exactly that, just a place to stay. Don't expect anything else. The staff was friendly and all spoke english. The breakfast was more than I expected from a 2 star place.」

「I have booked 4 bed room with private shower. The location of the hostel is perfect, it's close to the central station. They have area for you to cook yourself. Restaurant and supermarket in opposite Street. The most important thing the room is very clean and they have room service everyday. Highly recommended.」
