「We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite. 「Our room had unclean sheets and floors. There were stains on the beds and roaches in the bathroom and main room. The property had seen better days.」

「Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.」
