「The location is very convenient for walking, and the hotel owners are very welcoming; they kept the room looking after. I look forward to coming back again.」

「No working lights in the room. Used dirty used condom in the hallway. No go!」

「A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.」

「Great hotel. Very well maintained and great service」

「Great!」

「very good hotel. Breakfast is very good」

「perfect location for exploring Providence」

「The blow dryer could stand an upgrade. I was sick with a touch of food poisoning one night. I tried cleaning up with the limited supplies I had. The next day I requested a special cleaning. When I got back to the room tha evening, the front of the toilet and the floor around it had not been cleaned. Even though I had left windows open all day the room still stunk. A good cleaning solution would have alleviated alot of that.」

「Nice staffs! Nice bed! Nice experience!」

「Clean & Ccomfortable」
