"Updated and renovated rooms. A twist of modern aesthetic but you can see some dated things like the walls. Valet garage was convenient and hotel is walkable to multiple attractions such as the Kennedy Center. Overall 8/10 "

"I did not have any interaction with staff. At night, i tried calling Guest services and Transportation/Bell desk multiple time to inquire about the aurport shuttle and no one answered. I used the QR code to get my answer but the site did not answer my questions."
